1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us at support@pezas.in or +91 9990177119. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
After Payment: If your payment was successful but the order cannot be fulfilled for any reason on our end, we will process a full refund within 5–7 business days.
2. Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item meets the following conditions:
- Item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Original tags are intact and attached
- Item is in its original packaging
- Item was received in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition
Non-returnable items:
- Items on sale or purchased with discount codes
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@pezas.in or +91 9990177119
- Provide your order number and reason for return (along with photos if the item is damaged/defective)
- We will confirm your return eligibility and provide a return address
- Pack the item securely and ship it to our address (you bear return shipping costs for non-defective returns)
- Once received and inspected, we process your refund
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and approved:
- Refund is processed to your original payment method (card, UPI, bank account)
- Cashfree processes refunds within 5–7 business days
- Bank/card processing may take an additional 2–5 business days depending on your bank
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will:
- Send a replacement at no extra cost, or
- Issue a full refund including shipping
6. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size, please return the original item (subject to our return policy) and place a new order.
